APC: Foreign Authors (No Publication Charge),
Iranian Authors (No Publication Charge for Submissions Until December 20, 2022). Thereafter, 2.000.000 Rials Publication Fee Will Apply to Accepted Papers.

Iranian reviewers payment
Only for Iranian reviewers,
The JHPR pay the reviewers for the reviewing process of each paper annually in September as follow:
Assistant Prof. = 900.000 Rials
Associate Prof. = 1.000.000 Rials
Professor = 1.100.000 Rials
